How to remove from ( XP & Vista )
When finished with the program, do not immediately remove the flash drive from the USB port.
 Left-click on the Remove Hardware icon (USB Drive with a green arrow over it) located in the System Tray (see photo below).

 Left-click on the Safely Remove Mass Storage Device line that matches your flash drive.
 When you see the following message it is safe to remove the hardware.  You may click the message or it will automatically disappear.
