Returns

We do our best to offer you a high quality product. All items are covered against faulty design and damage during shipping. Should you need to return an item due to defect, please notify us within 1 week of receipt of your order. It must be returned to us within 30 days. To arrange for a return of your purchase, call us at 228-273-2139 or email-us. Please provide your name, order number, and product you wish to return. You will be responsable for postage of the item to MemTechs. A replacement will be sent to you at our expense once recieved.
