  1. What happens if I forget my username or password?

In order to recover your password, you must return it to Memtechs and provide your Purchase information. Once Verified we will reset the Password for you and return it to you by UPS Ground. There will be a small fee for this service. You must purchase this service from our Website. Your username and password can then be securely reset if you ever lose or forget it.

Yes, with an Backup Software that you want to use. Just store the Data to any Drive that you want. You can put it back on the Fileodex USB Memory Drive any time you need it.

Note: Fileodex will not run from any other USB Memory Drive or Hard Drive.

You can store files of any type, such as PDF files, word processing files, or any other file type that you want to keep. When you insert a file, Fileodex displays the file's icon and name in the container field, but not the actual content.

Use can use any Backup Software you like and  then store it to any drive. If you lose you Fileodex USB Memory Drive you can purchase a new  BLANK Fileodex USB Memory Drive on our website. Then just reload it back onto our replacement Fileodex USB Memory Drive.

Note: Fileodex will not run from any other USB Memory Drive or Hard Drive.

  1. What is the red light on my Emergency File Flash Drive?

When you plug Fileodex USB Memory Drive into a USB port which is available on your computer. Fileodex USB Memory Drive has an LED indicator (red light) that will light up. This red light indicates that the flash drive is working and being accessed. You should not unplug the Drive if the light is on. This could corrupt your Fileodex data or damage the Fileodex USB Memory Drive.
